When you contact us: your name, your practice name, phone number, email address, and whatever you include in your message.
With a case: to make dental work, practices send us a prescription with digital scans or impressions. A prescription can include the patient details the practice puts on it. We only receive what the practice chooses to send.
On this website: the site has no accounts and no contact forms, and it does not ask you for personal information. The map on this site is provided by Google, and Google may use cookies on the map under Google's own privacy policy.
We use contact details to reply to you and to talk about cases. We use case information only to design, make, check and deliver that case, and to bill the practice for it. Case records are kept so a remake, repair or follow up case can be matched to the original work.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only where a case needs it: with the delivery or courier service carrying the case, through the digital scan platform your practice uses to send files, and if the law requires it.
We keep case records while they are needed for ongoing work, remakes and our legal and tax obligations, and contact details while we work together. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, though no system can be guaranteed perfect.
You can ask us what contact information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling or emailing us. Patient information included with a case comes from the treating practice, so questions about that information can also be directed to the practice.
